Welcome to studioAMF. All of the items you see are created by me, Allison, in my studio at the Harrison Center for the Arts located in downtown Indianapolis.
Payment
I accept paypal and money orders . I will not ship your item until payment is received. For paypal checks, I will not ship your item until the check clears. Please consider this timeframe when ordering your item.
Shipping
I ship all items via USPS priority mail. Now that we have a baby girl running around I can't make it to the post office as often and priority mails comes right to the door! I send everything out in the small flat rate boxes. Shipping on secondary purchases is free as long as I can fit everything into that box. If there are too many items I will contact you to discuss the revised rate.

This also applies to all international orders.

Also...please, please make sure your Etsy shipping address is correct. This is the address I will use unless otherwise noted in your 'message to seller.' I will not be held responsible i f your item is sent to the wrong address.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I do guarantee my workmanship. If you have had your item for less than a year and something breaks due to a flaw in the wood or craftsmanship please contact me and I will make you a new item on me. If you let your jewelry soak in a puddle of water or break it getting rowdy (among a multitude of other reasons) you are responsible for the replacement.

A special note on rings...I can never make a ring smaller, only bigger. I make rings according to the sizes provided by the customer. I encourage everyone to have their fingers sized by a jeweler (this is a free service). I can not be held accountable if your ring does not fit. If the ring does need to be bigger I can adjust if for you slightly if you are willing to pay the shipping.

I love to take custom orders. Please allow 2-4 weeks for order completion. I also welcome wholesale orders, please contact me for details.

Please keep in mind I have several different types of wood available. If you see something you like and want it in another color just let me know. Also, if you have a type of wood in mind that I do not have please contact me, I might be able to get it for you. Lastly, if you want something in a shape or style you don't see contact me, I love a good challenge!
